Hertz Cracked Windshield Claim Dispute

We rented a car from Hertz at the Asheville airport in NC on July 16, 2011. It had a crack in the windshield, so to protect ourselves, we took this video before leaving with the car. On Sept. 15th, 2011, we received a letter from a collection agency stating that we returned their car with damage. Hertz has never contacted us about this matter and we WILL take action if this has damaged our credit!
