Anyone else had problems with Hertz car rental?
this is what they tell you that if you dispute a bill can not close the car back until you pay everything I say and maintain billing, and if you still have the car?

From my understanding, they cannot close out a contract until the bill is paid. Your best bet is to pay the bill owed and then take the steps to demand a refund for the amount that you feel you shouldn’t have to pay or were overcharged.
